We will not be able to fill a bus, but I HAVE (3) 12 passenger vans reserved for us!   
As of this writing we have 24 including the 3 drivers.  So we have a little wiggle room if someone desperately wants to join us, but for sure, we have room to be comfortable and room to hold those packages for your delicious buys in Amana.  You will find great things in the General Store and the Bakery too.  But don't forget the Chocolate store.

Also, don't forget to make your room reservations at the Holiday Inn if you have not already done so.  The plans and times remain the same.  Lunch in Amana, DRC tour and stop off at the Grinnell Eagles on the return trip.   

The cost of the vans will be $21.57 each.  (based on 8 people per van) But, we will need to gas up prior to the return of the rentals and we will do that upon returning back to the Des Moines Area and that gas cost can then be split amongst the 8 riders per van.  Should be minimal if gas prices quit going up soon!  I hope you find this acceptable.   It was really getting frustrating and the bus line would have required a $250.00 deposit, so this might be a blessing in disguise for a more enjoyable trip in April.  

You can send me the money when you feel like it, but by March 1st would be great.....I would like to have it if possible, so not dealing with throwing cash or checks around that morning.  Hope you understand.
