         and Circus Games For Becky’s Charity “Meals
         on Wheels”
March 8, 2024 – Des Moines
          10:00 am – Tour of Blank Children’s Hospital
          Followed by Lunch at the “Machine Shed”

​ATTENTION ALL AUX. SECRETARIES:
It is that time of the year again!  State Convention is right around the corner.  I want to pass
Along a couple of items of interest to all of you:

1.  Packets will be emailed out the first part of March so please watch your EMAIL!
2. If you had a delegate/member in attendance at State Convention last year you will receive your Credential forms by snail mail so watch for them. 
3. If you have someone attending State Convention this year but you do not receive the Credential form(s) please let me know.  You can reach me at 319-350-3966. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL MAY 15TH TO LET ME KNOW YOU NEED A CREDENTIAL FORM!
4. Please watch your EMAIL and State Bulletin for updates to Information on State Convention.

 
If you need the information for the Verna Funke Scholarship Application, Woman of the Year Award, Alta B. Smith Woman of the Year, Ritual Hall of Fame,  or Hall of Fame Guidelines please let me know and I will get them to you,.  These are also in the State Guideline book all local Secretaries, State Officers and Past State Presidents received a few years ago when they were updated.

​To My Sisters & Brothers in the Iowa Eagles Delegation,  
I wanted to inform you of a change that was recently made. Effective immediately for the duration of this Fraternal year, Nicole Gragg from Oskaloosa #276 will be serving as the Auxiliary State Charity Chairman. Any questions with regard to booking your State Charity should be directed to her along with any information about the schedule of events can be passed along to her so that she can get the word out.
