Friday night we will have our "famous" Fish fry! This includes Cod or Fried Shrimp for a tad bit more cost, and all the sides.
Registration table from 7 to 8 pm for those arriving Friday Night.
Saturday the Registration table will be open from 8:30 to 11:30 or as needed. Doughnuts and coffee will be offered for a free will donation.
The Informational meeting will begin at 9AM, with Board meetings at 10.
Lunch to follow with 3 choices of Soup - Veg Beef, Chili, or Chicken Noodle. All homemade. Salad bar and desserts. Cost for lunch $ 7.00
Banquet at 6PM.
Pork Loin, Baked Potatoes, Salad, Corn, Rolls and dessert.
Stay late and enjoy the Karaoke and Music from Mike and Deb Gilson.

State Convention Updates (June 16-19, 2022)

•  No Auxiliary Membership breakfast – it will be a lunch
• Memorial will be Friday early evening
• Eagle Riders supper Friday
• Working on a new 8th and 9th graders band to play on Friday night. “Gas and Grass” will be playing the hour before the Eagles Band.
• No free drink tickets this year will be given out.
• Free Breakfast included for all those who have room reservations (dates to be confirmed)
• If you are needing a scooter, contact Cindy Balsanek
• Rusty Clark was appointed for State Convention Chairman for the 2022/2023 year. Thanks was given to Greg Martin for all his hard work over the years.
• There will be a convention booklet this year. Ads and Patron sheets are with this post. Ads and Patrons are due to Patty K by March 1! Her contact info is on the sheets.
• Grab bag BINGO will be happening 2 nights. Donation for prizes needed See Diana Babcock
• Auxiliary packets sent in March, not February
• Bathrooms are completed in the hotel lobby

• MINK is in Des Moines, Iowa at Holiday Inn for the 2022 Conference
• Registration Deadline is March 22. Money in hand to the MINK secretary

Eagle Riders

• ER Rally will be in Creston, June 3, 4, 5, 2022 – they are working on getting information including pre registration written up and sent out.
• ER Raffle for the State Charity tickets are now available. Drawing Friday at State Convention. Need not be present to win. $5 per ticket. See an Eagle Rider for tickets!

• Auxiliary Secretaries – make sure your compliance check list is getting completed. There are some pink boxes on the reports!

• We need 131 member signups to reach Eve’s goal. Regardless of WP Bob Beals encouragement speech to the Aerie, we need to keep signing up members to stay ahead of the Aerie!!! Keep up the good work!
